ABOUT THE PROJECT

SINESTESIA explores the relationship between human creativity and artificial intelligence during a live techno performance.

Instead of acting as a traditional audio-reactive visualizer, the AI receives musical events in real time, builds memory, identifies patterns, generates emotional states, and develops its own interpretation of the performance.

The audience experiences how an artificial entity perceives, understands, and transforms the performance as it unfolds.

TECHNOLOGY

The musical performance is delivered through Traktor while Ableton Live extracts meaningful events in real time.

These events are transmitted to a custom Node.js AI engine that accumulates memory, manages internal states, and generates evolving moods.

The visual layer displays the AI's perception of the performance rather than the music itself.

VISION

SINESTESIA is conceived as the foundation of a new generation of live performance tools.

Artists, clubs, and festivals could deploy their own AI personalities, visual languages and creative identities.
